Making caramel by using up leftover whey

Caramelized whey is a great whey (get it?) to use up a by-product so many people just dispose of.

 

 

This short video takes you through the whole process from start to finish.

All you need is the whey left over from cheese making, a dash of lemon juice and some sugar.
